He regularly advises leaders on C-Level with their marketing and product strategies.

After obtaining his communications management degree, David stumbled into social media in 2009. The world instantly shrunk with this thrilling new way of communicating. After a few years at agencies, he worked at Asus Germany for 2.5 years, where he could combine work with his passion for hardware and gadgets. From there, it was an easy decision for David to decide to work for technikPR.

Upon entering high school, Emil realized there wasn’t an affordable way for students to communicate with each other digitally. Thus, Emil founded the school’s IRC channel, approaching even the most influential pupils and earning their backing. Emil kept riding this wave until he graduated in 2006, enjoying his ‘social media’ before it was even a term. After school, he realized that the same skills could be used to connect brands with audiences – and the rest is history.

Having started as a trainee editor at PC-Welt in 2011, Friedrich quickly climbed to reviewing hardware and building high-end gaming computers on camera. At the end of 2015, Friedrich started freelancing, and joined technikPR to bring all his journalistic skills over the years together.

With an interest in computer technology, Holger started publishing his own high-quality reviews through forums in 2009. Shortly afterwards he became a freelance writer for PC Games Hardware, followed with an editorial position at PC-Max. In 2011, he became editor-in-chief of PC-Max, enabling him to build a large network of media and manufacturer contacts. Which is why four years later, he moved to technikPR to become a respected and well-connected PR manager.

Julien is a long-time technology enthusiast and former professional journalist at Clubic.com; one of the biggest high-tech online publications in France. With more than 15 years of experience in the IT industry, he acted as editor in chief and led a team of journalists growing online hobby into a real media. His areas of expertise include hardware components, smartphones & tablets, peripherals, and software. Based in Lyon, France, Julien has an incredible network of industry contacts where his input frequently aided in the making of several products, making him a natural fit for technikPR.

IT guy by day, tech writer by night, Julio grew up around computers thanks to his COBOL-programmer Dad, graduated from UCLA with degrees in Classical Civilization and History, worked over 20 years in healthcare IT, wrote freelance for Tom’s Hardware, and was a founding editor for Tom’s IT Pro. Julio loves every opportunity he gets to write about technology, whether it’s PR-related, news, editorial, case-studies or whitepapers, making Julio very excited to be working with the technikPR team and helping them grow their influence within the technical marketplace.

Community Manager & PR Assistant

After completing his Master’s degree in Marketing at Grenoble School of Management, Karim joined Materiel.net; one of the biggest French E-tailers and system integrators. Having worked there as a community manager, Karim had the chance to mobilize a community on social media and participate in France’s biggest gaming event, the Paris Games Week. Later, Karim joined technikPR to work with great brands and continue to extend his communication skills.

Martin’s general interest for computers and technology was supplemented with university classes in applied media sciences, with an emphasis on PR and gaming. He ran an e-sports league from his dorm room, co-organized charity fundraising events with gaming celebrities, did a PR internship at the world’s largest provider of e-sports tournaments, and ran marketing/PR for a Taiwanese component company for three years. Now Martin is bringing his skills together at technikPR. In his spare time, Martin backs Kickstarter projects containing the letter “Z”.

New technologies have always been Maximilien’s thing. To share his passion with as many others as possible, Max became a journalist and worked in the IT industry for over 10 years. Originally from Paris, Max decided to become a bigger part of the tech industry by taking on a new challenge: managing technikPR France. To expand technikPR to the USA, Max is now leading the company’s US activities from Los Angeles, California.

With a 25+ year career in PR, Philippe has worked for international brands including IBM, Kodak, Toys’R’Us, Starbucks Coffee, as well as local French household brand Monoprix. Other sectors Philippe has tackled include start-ups, food and beverage, consumer tech, B2B IT, enterprise services, and lifestyle sectors. Currently, at technikPR, Philippe is always eager to discover a company’s story and implement the best strategies required to build positive brand images.

With an interest in design and programming, Ray started coding and web design at a young age. After completing his dual education as a digital media designer working at an advertising and ecommerce agency, he teamed up with Aaron to create technikPR and turn it into what it is today.

William was active in many German PC hardware-oriented forums from a young age, thanks to his hobby of PC case modding. To finance bigger builds, William started writing user reviews, which helped him develop a network of great contacts, and eventually lead to a writer’s position at the PC-Max magazine. Currently, William is taking a break from reviewing to focus on his studies whilst working at technikPR as a freelance copy editor.

After completing his degree in Computer Science while working as a freelance music journalist, Xander decided to combine both interests and became a hardware editor and eventually editor-in-chief of Personal Computer Magazine (PCM). After 10 years on the media side it was time for a change, when he crossed over to ‘the dark side’ and joined the technikPR team, and opened the Amsterdam office to help with its international expansion.
