technikPR Announces New Management Structure Effective May 12
Hamburg, Germany – May 12, 2025 – technikPR, the most technical PR agency in Europe, is pleased to announce a new management structure, effective today. The restructuring strengthens the company’s leadership team and positions technikPR for continued growth and long-term success, while reflecting its ongoing commitment to its clients, its dedicated team, and the ever-evolving world of technology communications.
Under the new structure, Alex Rüdinger has been appointed Designated Managing Director. In this role, Alex is responsible for the overall strategic direction and leadership of technikPR. His appointment reflects the company’s commitment to innovation and long-term development.
Xander Hoose, who has been with technikPR for over a decade as PR Manager, has taken on the role of PR Director. In this expanded position, Xander will lead the agency’s PR strategy while continuing to manage his existing client portfolio, ensuring a seamless transition and continued excellence in service delivery.
Ines Windisch has assumed the role of Financial Director. Ines has been an integral part of technikPR for several years, having served as General Manager responsible for finance. Her deep understanding of the company’s operations and strong financial leadership will be instrumental as technikPR enters its next phase.

The new management structure is supported by a strong and experienced team of PR professionals who continue to deliver high-quality service to clients across the tech industry. The team includes Shu On Kwok (Senior PR Manager and Business Development), Amir Tamannai (Communications Specialist), Flavien Berut, Jan Ramon Fischer, Maleen Zabel, Valentine Meuleau, and Yannis Vermeersch—all serving as PR Managers—and with support from Emil Bachev and Nathalie Riera as External PR Managers.
